TV Shows of the 1960s


These are my favorite TV serials that I liked watching them a lot when I was a child.

 I Dream of Jeannie, Lost in space, The Addams Family, The Munsters

The show I Dream of Jeannie aired on NBC from 1965 to 1970 and it was my favorite show. The first season consisted of 30 episodes filmed in black and white. 



The show Lost in space started to show on CBS channel in 1965. The first TV season was filmed in black and white. The show was created and produced by Irwin Allen.




The Addams Family is an American television series based on the characters in Charles Addams' New Yorker cartoons. The 30-minute series was shot in black-and-white and aired for two seasons on ABC from 1964 to 1966, totaling 64 episodes, it stated to show in 1964 on ABC channel. 



The Munsters is an American family television sitcom depicting the home life of a family of monsters. The series was a satire of both traditional monster movies and popular family entertainment of the era, such as Leave It to Beaver. It ran concurrently with The Addams Family. The show aired from 1964 to 1966 on CBS, totaling 70 episodes.
